FAQ'S
Q: What should I wear?
A: We suggest you wear comfortable clothing with long sleeve tops and trousers (no shorts). Also flat soled shoes that you are happy driving in. It can be cold on the track especially from the viewing banks so make sure you and your guests bring jackets.
Q: Can I bring anyone to watch?
A: Spectators are more than welcome. There are fantastic viewing areas around the track with refreshments available all day.
Q: Do I need to bring lunch?
A: No, on a full day course a buffet lunch is provided.
Q: How long does the course last?
A: It depends on which course you attend, the full day course lasts all day (7 hours), half day course lasts 3 hours and for the taster course you should allow 40 mins.
Q: Can I bring my own crash helmet?
A: No because all of our helmets are fitted with intercoms so that you can talk to your instructor.
Q: Would my wife feel comfortable driving amongst a group of male drivers?
A: This experience is becoming more popular with female drivers and very often they give the guys a run for their money. I am sure she would enjoy it.
Q: I have just brought my voucher, when do I need to book my day?
A: Your voucher is valid for 9 months of the date of purchase, however to ensure you get the day that you would like we suggest you book asap
Q: Am I in safe hands at your experience?
A: Your in very safe hands. All of our instructors have many years of experience and our rally cars are fitted with all the safety equipment you require so there is no need to worry.

Gift vouchers are valid for 9 months from date of purchase
Minimum age for drivers on a course is 14 years old (subject to a minimum height of 4ft 11").
Age of Junior Driving Experiences from 14-17 years old.
For any persons taking part in a subaru rally experience under the age of 16 a guardian must be present at all times.
Restrictions on passenger rides- minimum age of 12, minimum height of 4ft 6in.
We recommend that you book your course A.S.A.P as vouchers cannot be extended beyond the expiry date.
Buy Now Pay Later; the remainder of the balance must be paid prior to the day of your rally course, if the balance is not paid in full the driver will not be able to take part in the course.
Participants must disclose any illnesses or medical conditions which may endanger themselves or others safety or be affected by your participation such as heart trouble or back pain. Should you have concerns regarding your health you should consult your doctor.
We reserve the right to withdraw from the course anyone who we consider unfit to drive for example ill health, under the influence of alcohol, drugs. There will be no refund to participant in this situation.
Spectators are welcome including children, however they are to be observed by their parents at all times in the interests of safety.
Helmets and safety equipment will be supplied.
Drivers will be required to bring suitable driving shoes and must wear clothing that cover all skin, for example a long sleeved top and NO shorts.
The length of an experience may vary due to numbers attending or unforeseen circumstances eg. mechanical breakdown or extreme weather conditions.
Courses may be altered at anytime at our discretion.
On the rare occasion that a course date is cancelled we will offer new dates.
In the event of cancellation of any booking the Subaru Rally Experience must be notified by telephone or in writing no later than 2 weeks before the event, failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50%. Non attendance on the day of the course will result in all deposits being lost and your voucher becoming void.
Subaru Rally Experience has the right to reschedule a course even at short notice due to reasons such as extreme weather conditions or a course not being fully booked. An alternative date will be offered, if this date is not possible to attend the participant will be given a full refund. In this case any other costs incurred by the participant to compete on a rally course such as travel, hotel etc is at their cost and can not be reimbursed by the Subaru Rally Experience.
